Job overview

For February 2025, we are looking for a dynamic Early Years Teacher who is committed to the holistic growth of pupils. Staff are well supported by subject coordinators, a student engagement department and teachers of specialist subjects.

Interested candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

Post Profile

  • Hold a teaching degree in Early Childhood Education, preferably with an EAL speciality.
  • Have a minimum of two years teaching experience in an Early Years setting.
  • Have experience of teaching English as an additional language.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom practice that promotes inquiry and play-based learning.
  • Command a wide range of digital tools for teaching, communicating and data collecting.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate a growth mind-set and positive drive.
  • Experience teaching the IB PYP would be advantageous.
  • Some knowledge of Spanish would be advantageous.


Contract

  • An initial two-year contract with flights to and from country of origin for appointee and
  • close family.
  • A salary paid in American dollars which is highly competitive for Latin America.
