Early Years Teacher For The Academic Year 2023/2024.

International Community School (ICS) is seeking outstanding Early Years Teachers for the academic year 2023/2024. The school provides high-quality education and follows the American & British Curriculum

Responsibilities:

Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Teamwork and collaboration

Good communication at all levels

Develop positive relationships with all members of the school community

Plan engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the curriculum

Liaise with colleagues and work flexibly

Work with parents to ensure the happiness and best academic outcomes for all children

A clear understanding of the Curriculum

Organize the classroom provision and learning resources

Plan, prepare, and presented sessions that cater to the needs of the whole ability range

Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching

Observe and assess children in line with school assessments

Use data provided by assessments to influence further planning, provision, and intervention

Provide feedback to parents and carers on a student’s progress

Follow the school’s behaviour policy

Maintain good relationships with pupils

Be a positive role model

Carry out duties as directed within the school’s policy

Requirements:

Bachelor in Early Childhood or Child Development Studies

Hold QTS/EYTS or equivalent

Minimum 2 years experience within the Early Years sector;

Experience with an American/British Curriculum is advantageous
