As an Early Years Teacher at ICS, your responsibilities will include inspiring students to achieve their full potential, collaborating with colleagues, communicating effectively at all levels, building positive relationships with the school community, planning engaging lessons that align with the curriculum, working flexibly, liaising with parents to ensure their child's happiness and academic success, organizing classroom provisions, assessing and observing children, using data to inform planning and interventions, and maintaining good relationships with pupils while following the school's behavior policy.

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Child Development Studies, QTS/EYTS or an equivalent teaching qualification, a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Early Years sector, and experience with the American/British Curriculum.
