Lady Barn House School is a thriving independent day preparatory school for boys and girls aged 3 to 11. There are currently around 500 pupils on roll. The school offers excellent teaching, traditional values and exceptional pastoral care. Lady Barn House School are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant to commence from 4 November 2024, or as soon as possible thereafter.

The post involves being the full-time support in Early Years. Each class at Lady Barn has around 24 children, with a roughly equal split of boys and girls. 

The successful applicants must have an excellent rapport with young children, be committed to the highest standards of educational provision and be in sympathy with the aims and ethos of Lady Barn House School.

The hours of work for full-time Teaching Assistants are 37.5 hours per week from 8.15 to 4.15pm Monday to Friday (term-time only plus 8 days).
