Greenfield School seeks to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our school to work with our pupils in Reception. You will be supporting the effective delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to children, ensuring the individual needs of children are met. You will be working in an environment which is fully supported by the School. This role is for a two terms.
The successful candidates will be friendly, adaptable, flexible, well organised and confident dealing with parents, staff and pupils.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Supervise or support adult planned and child led activities, including messy play, crafts, reading and physical activities inside and out
- Helping to maintain, organise, tidy and clean nursery equipment and resources
- Assist in serving meals
- Breaktime and lunchtime supervision duties

Greenfield School and Greenfield Little School proudly occupies a spacious site close to Woking town centre, where children benefit from a modern approach to preparatory education. Staff provide excellent pastoral care from the Early Years right through to Year 6 in an environment which fosters self-esteem, confidence, humility, tolerance and respect. The school has high expectations of pupils and the high quality provision for pupils in the Pre-prep and Early Years Department gives them a very good start to their school life which leads to good achievement and very good personal development.
