Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a music focused post-16 Specialist Provider, supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged 16 - 25 year olds across our three bases in Swanley, Canterbury and Brighton.
Working at SupaJam is unlike any other role in an education setting. Our young people have all struggled in life, and most have battled with often undiagnosed special educational needs. To be part of a company that challenges the status quo, goes the extra mile for all our young people whilst immersed in the music industry is often challenging, but always rewarding.
We are looking for an EHCP Administrator to join our SupaJam community! Answering to the Director of SEND, this is a fantastic opportunity for organised and technologically proficient person with strong attention to detail to thrive at a rapidly-growing alternative education provider. The successful applicant will work closely with the Director of SEND, the Base Leaders and the various external stakeholders to ensure that SupaJam's legal EHCP obligations are upheld. This position will involve organising annual review meetings, taking notes during official meetings and completing relevant documentation. The ideal candidate will be to manage their workload independently, be aware of GDPR and data protection responsibilities and be able to successfully coordinate meetings involving diverse professionals. If you think you have the skills, drive and passion to pursue a career in this field, read on!
