Salary: Competitive United Learning Pay Scale (PT or EPT and TLR – depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37.5hrs per week
Are you an outstanding English Leader looking for an opportunity to join a dedicated, supportive and professional English team? We are looking to appoint an outstanding leader to the position of English Lead Practitioner/Subject Advisor. This post will allow the successful candidate to continue developing English within The Cornerstone Academy as well as supporting and giving advice within the Bournemouth and Poole Cluster schools. This role will also see the successful candidate leading on the whole school literacy strategy.
We are looking for a conscientious, dedicated team player who has excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English and Literacy with the ability to enthuse students and staff into continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven professional who seeks to teach, lead, advise and support English and Literacy developments across The Cornerstone Academy and the Bournemouth and Poole Cluster schools.
