Estates Manager
Norwich School is looking to appoint a full time Estates Manager working from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday all year round for 1st August 2017 start. The salary range for this permanent post is circa £41,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing complex building projects with a proven track record of success in facilities and budget management. He or she will possess excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to motivate others and be customer focused.
