Graveney is the largest school examinations centre in London, and this is, therefore, a key and high-profile role in our school. To be successful, you will have gained demonstrable experience in a large school setting and have excellent IT skills. Accuracy, attention to detail and flexibility are essential, together with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. The salary range is there to recognise the different backgrounds and levels of experience that candidates might bring. Ideally, we are looking to appoint a candidate with significant prior experience, but we also welcome applications from less experienced candidates where there is a proven track record of success.
You will be responsible for the effective administration and management of both public (external) and internal examinations and other school examinations as required. You will work closely with both Senior Leadership and middle managers and manage a large team of invigilators during the exam seasons.
There will be some necessity to work outside of normal working hours on this occasion and when the need arises.
Graveney is an extremely popular and successful 11–18 School situated in Tooting, SW17 on a pleasant site with excellent facilities. We have a commitment to providing the best opportunities to all students and to developing the professional skills and career opportunities of staff.
