TERMS: Part time, permanent
HOURS: 37 hours per week
8.15am – 4.15pm Monday – Thursday
8.15am – 3.45pm Friday
Term time (38 weeks), plus two weeks – 40 weeks in total
START DATE: January 2024 or as soon as possible
We are looking to recruit an organised and efficient Examinations Officer to lead and manage all aspects of the examinations process at Chesham Grammar School. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and administration of all external and internal school examinations. They will liaise with teachers, students, parents and examination boards to ensure that all exams run smoothly and that the school adheres to all Awarding Bodies’ regulations. Although previous Examinations Officer experience would be preferable it is not essential as training will be given. This post offers an excellent opportunity for an individual to support students in their aspirations of attaining the highest grades and to have a direct impact on the continued success of the school.

Chesham Grammar School is a successful and highly sought after co-educational grammar school with 1,272 students on roll (396 in the Sixth Form).
The School covers a site of about 20 acres, encompassing Chesham Leisure Centre, and is classed as ‘within an area of outstanding natural beauty’.
