Owing to a maternity cover, we are seeking to appoint a temporary exams administrator to support with the provision of internal and external examinations. Required from late February/early March until the end of June 2024, the role will involve providing support in areas such as submitting exam entries and organising timetables, producing seating plans for exams, communicating with exam boards and centres, and supporting the exams officer during the external exam season in summer to ensure the provision of a well organised exam series.

You will have:

·        excellent ICT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel.

·        be familiar with Arbor (MIS) or have an understanding of databases.

·        the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

·        excellent communication skills.

·        a ‘can do’ and flexible attitude.
