LBR 11 point 32-35 - £39,339 - £42,279 pro rata

Term Time plus 3 weeks at the end of the summer holidays to cover results and post results, 36 hours per week

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

Required for September start. This is a great opportunity for an outstanding and experienced Exams and Data Manager to ensure the smooth running of all internal and public examinations including GCSE, A level and EPQ through meticulous preparation, being the main point of contact on a day-to-day basis during the exam series, dealing with any emergencies relating to exam papers, invigilation as well as the nominated contact with Examination boards and deal with all examination correspondence.

 

We are looking forward to someone who can lead confidently but also be part of the team working with senior leadership, Learning Leaders. the SENDCO and invigilators to ensure our ambitious young people are the focus; a leader who can engage with their teams to enable all young people to be able to fulfil their potential.

The role involves being the first point of contact for our school for examinations which calls for discretion, diplomacy, excellent people skills and the ability to work in a pressurised environment. The Exam Manager also leads the data officer and ensures the data is timely and accurate and this includes the school census.

Our last Ofsted inspection described the school as ‘outstanding’ in all categories. About Seven Kings School

Seven Kings School is a mixed maintained all through school in  Ilford, serving pupils from the ages of 4 to 18. The school is situated  in the London Borough of Redbridge. Seven Kings has approximately 2000  students and is a community school maintained by Redbridge Borough  Council. 

The primary school opened in 2015, with all pupils automatically  entitled to move to the secondary.  In 2018, Seven Kings school was  identified by Ofsted as one of the outstanding schools serving  disadvantaged communities.
