Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the busy and vibrant Exams & Data team. We have five secondary schools across the MAT and a Trust Data Manager, so you will have support from colleagues across the trust.

As the Exams, Data and Central Management System Manager (Arbor), you will be responsible for the organisation of examinations calendar, keeping student records and admissions information up to date, and liaising with external supply agencies to secure cover arrangements as required. If you are a reliable and highly organised individual who can multi-task with a professional and friendly disposition, and you are resilient, driven, determined and ambitious, we would love to receive your application.

*Candidates that have not previously used Arbor do not need to be concerned. Full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be educated to at least GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade 4/C or above
  • Be organised and have attention to detail
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Have the ability to prioritise to ensure that deadline are met, whilst working under pressure
