Attainment is, of course, important, but progress is the truest measure of a school's success and with a score of +1.19 for 2023, JFS is striving hard for every pupil, no matter their level.
Whilst academic outcomes are strong, we are acutely aware of all the things we can do better and the headroom we have to build an exceptional school. To that end we are seeking enthusiastic, caring and talented people to join and work with us to define what state education should be at its very best. With a Sixth Form cohort of over 500 incredible students, the school will be built around academic challenge in every lesson and in every classroom alongside superb pastoral care to ensure that students leave us ready to lead happy lives and with as many doors as possible open to them.
