Thank you for your interest in the role of Executive Assistant to the Executive Headteacher.

Leopold Primary is a large primary school in Brent, serving a very diverse community. We are situated on two separate sites, one on Hawkshead Road, NW10 9UR and the other on Brentfield Road, NW10 8HE, called Leopold Gwenneth Rickus. The executive headteacher oversees and works at both sites and you will be working closely with her.

You will provide direct support tailored to the needs and expectations of the Executive Headteacher with a focus on HR, including the online Single Central Record, and managing the 4 office staff (2 on each school site). You will need to work flexibly to the needs and priorities of the Executive Headteacher.

We are looking for an innovative and forward–looking individual who has exceptional organisational skills, high levels of flexibility and adaptability, and the ability to multitask and prioritise while showing attention to detail.
