Green Hills First Federation (comprising of Denby CE (VA) First School, Farnley Tyas CE (VC) First School and Thurstonland Endowed (VC) First School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspirational and highly-motivated Executive Headteacher who will continue to develop and further improve these caring, happy and well-respected good and outstanding schools.
We are looking for someone who:
- can further develop the strategic vision for the Federation, which is underpinned by the clear values of each school
- can continue to lead our three schools and work collaboratively to enable the Federation to be greater than the sum of its parts
- has the ability to sustain and encourage the highest standards of achievement, whilst nurturing each child’s individuality
- has proven excellent teaching, leadership and management skills at primary school level with knowledge and understanding of the early years
- has the skills and expertise to continue to develop the highest standards of teaching, learning and assessment
- is skilled in working with staff, parents, governors and the community to inspire, motivate and challenge the children.
