This is an exciting opportunity for a full time post leading two small schools in Suffolk (four days a week), and to contribute to school improvement across our Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) as a Hub School Improvement Lead (one day a week).
As a MAT we offer a range of support and networks to help improve outcomes for pupils and provide staff development throughout our 21 schools.
You will:
- have effective leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff and pupils to achieve their best
- be committed to high-quality teaching and learning and a creative curriculum
- build on our current strengths
- demonstrate a caring approach with a desire to see every child progress
- contribute to school improvement across the MAT.
We offer:
- extensive CPD, support and collaboration through our Diocesan MAT
- induction and mentoring for new headteachers
- good links with our local communities.
