The University and Governing Body are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Executive Headteacher who can lead the school on its next stage of an exciting chapter in its history. This follows the successful leadership of our founding Executive Headteacher, Dr James Biddulph, who is being promoted to a CEO role in a Multi-Academy Trust. We need a passionate educator who has children at the heart of all they do and who are energised by enabling everyone in our community to flourish.

We are the first University Training School at primary level in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of talented senior leaders, teachers and wider team, fostering an environment that encourages their growth and development while promoting collaboration and innovation. Working closely with the Governing Body and stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to continue the developing journey of the school and ensure excellence in the educational experience for all its children is maintained.
