The Pointer School is an Independent Christian prep and pre-prep in Blackheath, South East London. We are seeking an inspirational, dedicated and passionate teaching assistant with a passion for working with the Early Years to join our thriving school.
The successful candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a commitment to the school ethos and will hold a Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in childcare. The post is suitable for someone new to the profession or a dynamic, experienced TA with an interest in the EYFS. Candidates with a qualification in the EYFS are strongly preferred. We have a strong collegiate atmosphere and the successful TA will become a key part of the continuation of this. All TAs are expected to contribute to the co-curricular life of the school.
This position is from November 2024 and is a full-time maternity cover role.

Salary: £20,000-£26,000 (The Pointer School TA Pay Scale, dependent upon experience).
