Contract: 37 Hours Per Week, All year round
The Farnley Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Facilities Assistant/Driver. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy - the successful applicant will be expected to assist in the provision of maintenance and security services on school premises thereby ensuring a safe working environment. Driving the school minibus as required. Working hours may include split shifts.
The ideal applicant will have:
· The ability to carry out basic repairs, including minor plumbing, unblocking drains, repairing furniture.
· Time management skills, including the ability to work to deadlines.
· A willingness to work flexible hours (including locking/unlocking the school/covering staff holidays)
