Location: Sutton, SM1 1DA, with frequent visits to OHC&AT schools and college locations within your geographic hub. North-West London Hub role to be based at a school or college site in NW London, rather than in Sutton. Hybrid home/office working will be possible once established in the role.

Working Pattern: 36hrs per week, 8.45am – 4.30pm (M-Th) and 8.45am – 4.15pm (Fr).

Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust (OHC&AT) is a family of specialist education providers for over 1500 pupils and students from nursery to further education across 14 academies and 9 college centres in London, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire. We are looking to recruit Facilities Business Partners to provide oversight and management of an OHC&AT hub of school and college sites. You will report to the Head of Facilities and work within a geographic hub. A key part of the role will be to build strong relationships with our school and college leadership teams as well as working collaboratively with our local facilities teams. As an experienced facilities professional you will be expected to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of our sites and manage Trust wide facilities contracts in collaboration with local facilities teams evidencing the quality of our service delivery using agreed Key Performance Indicators. As part of the wider team, you will work with our Health & Safety colleagues and other Central Services Team stakeholders including Finance and Procurement. Experience of the facilities management of a diverse range of property assets is desirable, as well as a track record of delivering small estates projects ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
