We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to play a key role managing the school premises and site team.
A proven track record in a similar position is essential, together with a sound knowledge of estate operations, building maintenance and project management, health and safety and building regulations. An understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements is also essential.
With 5 separate buildings and over 1,500 pupils and staff using the site, the Facilities Manager role is fast paced with an ever-changing priority list. The successful candidate will need to be an agile thinker, a strong people manager and well organised to succeed in the role.
