Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2025, with a high possibility it will be extended for a further 12 months.
Hours: 31.5 hours per week (worked 9 days per fortnight)
Term Time only + 5 days

Our Story:
The Bridge Easton is a new special school for children with complex needs and/or autism which opened in January 2023. The school is based on a beautiful site in the village of Easton. As a school, we work with children, their families and other professionals within education, health, and care to support our children and young people to have a successful journey through their education. The school is on a growth plan and expanded further in September 2024 and again in January 2025. Our school has children from reception to Year 10. We also have our Base provision which offers a bespoke education to children and young people with autism.
The Bridge MAT:
The Bridge Easton is part of family of schools ran by the Bridge MAT. The Bridge MAT already oversees the work of five special schools, two mainstream primary school, an outreach service and a training development centre.
We are recruiting for:
- A Family Support Officer – to work with our current Family Support Officer on site as a DSL to oversee and action safeguarding and attendance concerns.

The Bridge Easton School is situated on a beautiful site in the village of Easton in Norfolk. The purpose-built school opened in January 2023. The school has modern spacious classrooms, specialist therapy rooms, extensive outdoor space including a Multi Surface Sports Area and individual outside spaces for all primary classes.
The Bridge Easton is a special school for children with complex needs and/or autism. Our provision offers an education to children from reception through to Year 13. Children attending the school all have an Education, Health and Care Plan identifying their needs. As a school we work with children, their families and other professionals within education, health and care to support a successful journey through school, with the shared aim for an appropriate transition into a fulfilling and active adult life.
The Bridge Easton School provides a truly nurturing environment; our priority is to meet the individual needs of each child, supporting children to be kind, confident and independent young people. We offer our children and young people a bespoke curriculum and package of care, minimising their barriers to learning and optimising opportunities for success and progress.
