Educational Diversity has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join us as a Family Support Worker supporting children and their families to access learning and education. The person should be enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to work as part a team or independently.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is proactive and supportive of students and their families when attendance is an issue

• Has excellent organisational and communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail

• Is able to facilitate the sharing of information between the school and external agencies and act as point of contact for specialist support services.

• Promote and support high levels of attendance, to support students in achieving their full potential

• Promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture.

• Wants the opportunity to work at wonderful school as part of a fantastic team

• Is forward thinking and committed to removing barriers and raising standards
