Reporting to: Transaction Finance Supervisor

About the Role: The Trust is seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join our Shared Services hub at the Knutsford Academy lower school site. This role is integral to our finance team, consisting of eight colleagues, and involves close collaboration with the Transaction Finance Supervisor to deliver exceptional support and service to our member schools and the broader Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Transaction Finance Supervisor in ensuring all financial transactions and analytical tasks are executed efficiently and promptly.
  • Adhere to Trust financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive support in financial administration.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial administration is preferred.
  • Experience within the education sector is advantageous but not essential.

We are a new multi-academy trust that was formed on 1st September 2023 as a merger between The Learning Alliance and The Learning for Life Partnership. Our family of schools consists of eight Primary Schools, four Secondary Schools, a Studio School and a University Technical College.
