Job overview
We would like to appoint a Finance Assistant to join The Hayfield School to become part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the School’s financial systems, including processing and review of orders, deliveries, invoices and payments.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident and organised, with a calm and composed approach in a busy environment. They must have strong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office, Excel. Experience of SIMS and Access Education would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.
Candidates should be emotionally intelligent, have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player with the ability to multitask. We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a complex, busy environment, is friendly and approachable and is capable of working independently using their own initiative.
The school is situated in Auckley. It is a lovely part of Doncaster and really easy to get to and from. Our staff commute from as far away as north Leeds, Sheffield, Scunthorpe and Nottinghamshire. It really is worth the journey!
