The salary is £12,160 per annum plus competitive employee benefits.
The hours are 12:30pm - 4:30pm Tuesday, 08:30am - 4:30pm Thursday & Friday (19 hours per week)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Purpose
To administer various finance and operational-related tasks and to support the Finance Department.
Principal Objectives
- To maintain and reconcile the School bank accounts
- To organise and control regular streams of cash, cheque and card income for Sage cashbook posting and for regular banking
- To conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- To control and reconcile various trip accounts and expenses
- To assist with all aspects of the sales ledger requires across the Infant, Junior and Senior Schools which will including the raising of sales invoices, posting of invoices and allocation of receipts and maintenance of credit control. All using Sage 200 software
- To assist with the control of petty cash income and expenses
- To assist with the ordering of goods, services and supplies
- To assist with the management and support for Wisepay income
- To assist with the preparation of audit requests
- To assist in administrative support for our Student Services department when required
- To undertake various other finance tasks found in a small finance office including staff cover for other areas of finance.
- To undertake other tasks reasonably requested by management including, where necessary, outside of the Finance Department.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications:
- Desirable: AAT or equivalent
Experience:
- Previous work using accounting software
- Microsoft Office Suite 2010
- Sage 200

- Sound literacy skills and highly numerate
- Excellent customer service skills

- Computer literate including use of online facilities
