Do you have excellent attention to detail? Are you looking for a flexible part-time role?
Cranleigh are looking to recruit a professional, organised and flexible Finance Assistant to join our friendly finance team, working 40 hours per month. There is flexibility on when these hours are worked in line with demand.
Duties will include:
- Downloading monthly School credit cards statements into Excel.
- Reviewing credit card statements to ensure all necessary VAT receipts have been received and following up with the relevant card holder for any missing receipts.
- Detailing each transaction on each credit card statement and ensuring that VAT is accounted for correctly.
- Liaising with the School Fees Controller regarding queries.
- Preparing the journal in readiness to be imported into Pass.
The ideal candidate will have very strong attention to detail, be a confident user of Excel, be proactive at dealing with queries, and have some experience of administration or a similar role.
