An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, diligent and confident Trust Finance Manager to join our Trust Central Team.

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial activity of the Trust, working with the Trust Finance Officer and reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer. The post is full time, 37 hours per week, though the successful candidate will need to be flexible regarding working hours and primarily based at our central office in Oadby, Leicestershire with visits to our schools as required.

The Trust Finance Manager will lead the central finance function and be responsible for managing the organisation’s financial systems. You will advise on and ensure effective provision of financial management across the Trust and provide professional support and advice to all schools and extended services within the Trust.

Ideally, you will have at least 5 years’ experience of working in a finance role, hold a relevant qualification and are an effective communicator. Finance experience within an education environment is desirable.
