To support us in our goals, we want to appoint a Financial Accountant in our Central Team. Working for Inspire will provide exciting opportunities for candidates looking to progress their career in Finance. This is an exciting time to join the Trust as we grow the Central Team to strengthen the professional operational support for our schools.

The successful candidate will be part of the Trust Central Finance team and will work closely with the Trust Finance Leads and Headteachers, holding responsibility for providing financial management to all our schools and Central office. There will be scope to work one to two days a week from home. 

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, quick learner with strong attention to detail and the confidence to establish themselves as a key contributor to the schools and the Trust Finance Team. Ideally you will be part qualified and actively studying for a recognised accountancy qualification.

Experience in financial accounting will be a distinct advantage as will experience of academy or charity financial accounts. This role will provide excellent career development working as part of a professional, qualified team.

The role offers 29 days annual leave rising by one day per year to a maximum of 31 days and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
