Academy Transformation Trust is on the hunt for an exceptional Financial Controller. As part of its evolution of the Trust's finance function, ATT is looking for an individual that will bring ideas, energy and enthusiasm to a pivotal role within the team.
You will be brave, bold, conscientious, resilient and with a keen eye for detail. Solutions-focused, well organised and strong at influencing others, you will play a key role in strengthening the financial compliance and reporting of ATT whilst demonstrating a considerable and quantifiable impact on the financial performance of the Trust.

• 2016 KS2 progress results in reading, writing and maths broadly in line with national average
• 0.11 Progress 8 score which is above national average
• 11% increase in pupils achieving 5 GCSE A*-C grades including English and maths to 53%
