We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and passionate Forest School Leader join our school community, to teach and plan for our Forest Schools programme, teaching within the forest school area located within the grounds of Seal Primary School.

This position is for 3 days per week (can be flexible on days preferred) 19.5 hours.

The Inspire Academy Movement recognise the importance of family and are committed to ensuring staff are given time off work to share special occasions. Staff with children under school age will be given a paid day off to spend their child’s birthday with them. When your child reaches school age, staff will be given time to attend school events e.g. sports day, nativities and church services.

We believe in a healthy work-life balance and encourage our employees to prioritise self-care and well-being. Teachers are given an additional release day each term to complete medium term planning for the following term.
