Wellington College Jakarta is set to open its doors in September 2024, our premium Early Years and Preparatory school in Jakarta is is dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood and primary education. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Admissions who will be instrumental in shaping the admissions process of our premium pre-school, in the first instance. This individual will play a key role in student recruitment, enrolment management, and building strong relationships with prospective families as they move on to the primary levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to meet enrolment goals.
- Manage the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for families.
- Organize and conduct tours, open houses, and other recruitment events.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective parents and students, providing personalized attention and addressing their queries and concerns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract the right families.
- Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and applicant data.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions statistics and trends for the management team.
- Develop and manage the admissions budget.
- Train and supervise admissions staff (where relevant), fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education to ensure our admissions strategies remain relevant and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting enrolment targets.
- Proficiency in using admissions software and CRM systems.
- Passionate about early childhood education.

Wellington College International Regional Management will set up its first school in Jakarta, Indonesia. Wellington College Jakarta aims to be the leading and most inspirational education provider in Jakarta. It will be actively building upon the long and successful history of Wellington College UK which has a strong reputation centred on a breadth of excellence, both in academic and co-curricular provision, wellness education and academic achievement.
WCI Jakarta will open for the first time around Q4 2024. It will begin as an Early Years and Preparatory school in a well-resourced and well-appointed urban sanctuary setting. It will grow into a secondary school on a bigger site that is purpose built with outdoor school facilities and resources appropriate for older students.
