This is an exciting time to join our Direct Entry department at Barnsley College. We have made a commitment to exceptional teaching and learning with the implementation of smaller, focus groups for our GCSE delivery and are proud of our progress in this area.
We are looking now looking for a GCSE Maths Teacher to support our 14-16 cohort during a maternity contract.

£26,298 to £39,609 per annum
Our new GCSE Maths Teacher will provide highly effective teaching and learning which stretches and challenges students within the classroom, group settings and via one-to-one support. We expect learning to be fun, engaging and challenging. Fantastic resources and state of the art facilities are available for our teaching staff to develop innovative and dynamic methods of delivery, maximising our offering and maintaining continuously high-quality results.
This role would suit a GCSE Maths Teacher that is energetic and collaborative in their approach to ensuring attendance and achievement is at its highest. As a college, we ensure our GCSE Teachers work with smaller cohorts to provide increased engagement and accessibility to help drive learner achievement.
