Hours: 22.5 - 30 hours per week. There is some flexibility in the total hours and how these are worked. To be discussed at interview.

(Actual salary 0.6: £13,163 to £14,591, 0.8 £17,551 to £19,455)
Purpose of the role
Trinity Academy is a highly oversubscribed free school that opened in 2019. We are a values based community that focuses on the learning of all students and staff, that cares deeply for our young people and each other and that is committed to co-curricular enrichment. Our stated goal is to be a world class school. As such, we strive to offer first rate services to our parents, pupils and staff. We are looking for a highly motivated, professional administrator to join us in our mission.
This is a unique opportunity for a personable and motivated individual to join our outstanding professional services team. The post holder will undertake a range of finance and H.R administration and reception duties. They will support a variety of processes across the team. As such, their role will be varied and they will build relationships across both the professional services team and wider school community.
This job is suitable for someone who really cares for the welfare and success of young people. You will need to be people facing and a strong team player, ensuring that every interaction with pupils, staff, parents, governors and visitors enshrines our values of being a world class organisation. You will also need excellent administration and organisational skills and be able to manage a diverse workload in a fast paced and exciting environment.
