Required as soon as possible, Admin/Org Role B LGA Pay Scale 4a Point 9-10 £26,409 - £26,835
actual pro rata. Actual pro rata starting salary £4,819 per annum. The hours of work are currently 8 per week from 12.30pm – 2.00pm Monday – Friday during term time and you are paid for 43.89 weeks.
We are looking for an administrator to provide support during the lunch breaks. You will need a calm and confident manner as you will working across three departments, covering the school reception where you will be meeting visitors. You will be covering student services to triage first aid cases and assist pupils. You will be supporting break duties supervising students and operating the cashless tills.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy school environment, be flexible and adaptable a pleasant telephone manner, and be helpful and welcoming to all our visitors and students. A working knowledge of SIMS would be a distinct advantage.
