Position: Teacher of Geography 0.4 FTE (Working days Monday and Tuesday for this Academic year)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated Geography lessons to students across various age groups.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to support students with SEN.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Geography.
- Strong understanding of SEN and strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.
