We are on the lookout for a talented and organised professional who’s ready to join a freshly crafted Governance Team providing exceptional services throughout the Trust.

As Governance and Compliance Officer you will support and manage a variety of governance procedures at Local Academy Board (LAB) level while also working closely with the Executive Team and Trustees.

This is a role which will celebrate your keen eye for detail, time management and expertise in communication. Skills which are crucial in not only maintaining, but more importantly elevating governance standards.

We are looking to recruit a team of Governance and Compliance Officers that can work flexibly to champion our values within the academies and LABs across the Trust.

If you are passionate about a career pathway within a knowledgeable team and an organisation that will invest in your CPD... we want to hear from you!

We are an employer that respects a healthy work/life flex – we are able to consider applicants seeking a part time contract/hybrid working arrangements.

At AEG we don’t just focus on qualifications and experience, we care about who you are and your unique potential. We are passionate about opportunities for all.

In the role of Governance and Compliance Officer, our knowledgeable Governance and Compliance Manager will support your growth through regular discussion regarding your professional aspirations.
