Location: Bolton Head Office
Salary: £24,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
Contract: Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity to join our IT Hardware team as a Hardware Administrator. The role will be based at our Bolton office and be part of a high performing wider IT team.
About the role:
The role will provide administrative support within the Hardware Engineering Team with a focus on supporting the team with starter and leaver processing, allocation of hardware, IT stock control and initial hardware triage.
Responsibilities:
Your duties will include:
- Administration support to the hardware team
- Creation of accounts and ensuring provision of appropriate equipment such as laptops and phones.
- Managing requests and handling escalations and priorities accordingly.
- Working with 3rd parties to arrange for warranty repairs.
- Managing the booking in process for returned equipment
Requirements:
- Knowledge of TopDesk ticket system or similar (Desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word (essential)
- Technically proficient (essential)
- Strong Organization Skills (Essential)
- Microsoft 365 experience (preferred)
