Anthony Millard Consulting are proud to be leading the search for the next Head of this thriving London preparatory school.

Founded in 1985, The White House Preparatory School is located in Balham, south west London. With 185 pupils currently on roll, the school is non-selective with a very distinct family atmosphere and ethos that prioritises happiness and confidence in children as well as high academic standards and outstanding performance at 11+.

The post is for September 2024, and commands a generous salary package.

The Principal and Founder is looking to appoint an experienced or aspiring Head who will:

●  be charismatic, personable and approachable, with integrity and warmth, and who is a natural communicator,

●  be committed to the development of the school and its smooth running,

●  have the ability to guide, inspire and motivate staff, pupils and the whole White House Prep community, and

●  pursue high academic standards and a culture that enables each child to develop a strong love of learning.
