The Inspired Learning Group is seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Head for Yateley Manor School.

Founded in 1947, Yateley Manor continues to thrive as an independent prep school for children aged 2 to 13, but is expanding its provision to be 2 to 16 by September 2026. The school is nestled in an expansive site, offering a holistic education.

At Yateley Manor we aim to prepare all children for successful adult lives through an inspirational educational journey. We are rooted in strong relationships, a love for learning and high quality teaching. Children achieve and progress if they are happy and feel safe. Effective, professional relationships at all levels are vital to provide every child with the foundations upon which learning can take place.

We are passionate about building a strong moral compass in every individual child, by having regard for high standards of behaviour, which are explicitly referenced and modelled by all. Confidence comes from finding strength in activities or skills, which is the reason for offering a vast array of opportunities for children within and beyond the school day. They are encouraged to try new areas of learning and are supported all the way. We recognise not only that the time each child spends with us is part of their educational journey in life, but also that every child’s path is unique. As such we endeavour to build journeys for children that stimulate, challenge and lead to success.

This appointment is a great opportunity for an existing or aspiring Head to make a lasting impact at this exciting period of growth for Yateley Manor School. The new Head must be willing to work closely in partnership with ILG, but also have the strength and independence to make their own decisions for the benefit of the School and its community.
