As Head of Admissions, you will deliver a highly proactive, fair and efficient admissions process to bring local and international girls to Royal High Bath, setting targets, monitoring activity, and adapting when necessary.
You will work closely with the Head, the Director of Finance and Operations and Director of External Relations to support parent interviews, and provide regular numbers to enable forecasting and growth. You will regularly attend events with parents and feeder schools and work with all colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer journey for every prospective family.
Your team will develop strong relationships with prospective parents and pupils through all aspects of the recruitment and admissions process as well as with prep schools, educational agents and other key stakeholders.
There will be a need for some national and international travel and attendance at conferences and recruitment fairs as well as some evening and weekend working.
About you
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with exceptional business administration skills and the ability to accurately manage and analyse data to inform decision making, monitor activity and set targets.
You will have an innate understanding of lead generation and the ability to nurture positive relationships with prospective students and their parents through their admissions journey.
