We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, energetic and inspiring Art teacher to join a highly successful and motivated department from September 2025 to Lead and teach Art at KS3 up to KS5.
This is a unique opportunity to join a top independent girls' day school with a long tradition of academic and sporting success and a commitment to developing each learner to their full potential.
The successful applicant will have the commitment to build on the team’s success and assist in taking the department forward in its delivery of an outstanding learning experience for all students.
We would welcome early applicants and would interview sooner than the published dates. We reserve the right should we receive sufficient volume of quality applications and need to shut the vacancy sooner.
The Maynard has its own salary structure closely aligned with the National scale.

Set in a leafy area of central Exeter in Devon, we are the leading independent day school for girls aged 4 -18 (Reception – Year 13) in the South West.
