Discover what we can offer you, that other schools don't!
Would you like to work nine days but be paid for ten?
From September 2024, we have implemented a 9-day working fortnight for all permanent staff. The premise is simple, you will work nine days but be paid for ten, using the tenth day to ‘reset’, and thus giving you the opportunity to manage your work-life balance more effectively. You will also enjoy an additional Wellness Day.
Feedback from our current staff is unsurprisingly positive! The thought of coming back in September was less overwhelming and following their first day of reset, staff say they feel more relaxed, recharged and ready for whatever the next nine working days bring!
Could this make the difference you need?
Add to this a significant investment in your professional development and the possibility of onsite accommodation if you need to relocate, plus facilities that are second to none, including an excellent canteen, gym and coffee shop.
