St James is a dynamic school, encompassing 32 acres, leading the way in the education of the whole person with a strong philosophically based ethos, valuing stillness and meditation balanced with a strong academic focus. Computing is central to our academic focus and development within the school, tying in all the STEM subjects. We seek an inspirational Head of Computing and teacher who would be expected to teach Years 7–11 for the academic year 2025–2026. There is potential for growth depending on student uptake. The role would be suitable for any enthusiastic teacher who has a deep respect for their subject and values academic endeavour.

Extra-curricular activities are important at St James, and a willingness to contribute within either the Computing department or beyond is essential to the post.
