The Junior and Senior School is looking to hire an enthusiastic, hardworking individual for the position of Head of Department – Physical Education (Full time) for the Academic Year 2024-2025 onwards.

Requirements

• KYSATS recognized university degree in relevant subject
• Edexcel IGCSE and A-level curriculum experience
• Extensive teaching or professional experience within the subject area.
• Prior leadership experience
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of educators or professionals
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies for the department’s growth and success
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and senior leadership.
• Experience in managing departmental schedules, timetables, and meetings.
• Competence in handling administrative tasks, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
