This role is suitable for an experienced Head of Geography or an excellent teacher who aspires to be a Head of Geography in the near future.
The Head of Geography will take lead responsibility for providing leadership and management for the subject to secure:
- High-quality teaching
- Effective use of resources
- Improved standards of learning and achievement for all
The job requires a person who:
- Is an excellent teacher
- Can lead and deliver quality learning in Geography with all students
- Wants to innovate and develop Geography within the curriculum model
- Can lead and be part of a team
