This is an exciting time to join our community. We have just moved in to a brand new, state of the art facility, that is one of the world’s most pedagogically advanced campuses. We are a successful, growing school with a highly committed and motivated team of teaching professionals at our heart. Our close knit and supportive team is proud of our school and community, educating around 1100 young people from 60 nationalities each year. Over the last 4 years our IB students achieved an average point score of 35 and our IGCSE students achieved 63% A*/A across all entries. Each year, a high proportion of our students are accepted into top universities around the world
About the role
Resilient, organised and entrepreneurial, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the High School (Years 10-13). You will provide effective leadership and advice to staff, students and parents while inspiring an atmosphere of energy, excitement and achievement. You will also be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. As Head of High School you will lead colleagues to make full use of our facility by being committed to a modern, constructivist, inquiry-based and personalised approach to learning that inspires and engages students. In line with this, we would expect you to have experience with concept-driven, inquiry-based curricula and be able to speak passionately about the impact on student engagement and learning. You will have a growth mindset, be able to deal with ambiguity and be motivated by participating fully in all aspects of school life. You will need to have experience with the IB and other modern international curricula.

Selection Process
