We are looking to appoint a dynamic, highly skilled, experienced Head of History teacher who wants to join an outward facing , innovative, highly successful academy. The ideal candidate will also be able to teach other specialisms we offer within the Humanities department, working alongside an ambitious, united team.
You will be joining a highly committed , diverse staff team who are passionate about improving students' life chances both through outcomes and personal development.

The academy, based in Higher Blackley in North Manchester, has over 1,600 students on roll and is part of Co-op Academies Trust.
Co-op Academy Manchester was recently judged ‘Good’ by Ofsted in March 2023. Ofsted said that:
