Head of Inclusion & Wellbeing – (50% Support/Teaching)

Impact American School is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Head of Inclusion & Wellbeing to ensure every student feels supported, included, and valued. This is a unique opportunity to lead and innovate in a diverse and inclusive school environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• A fully qualified teacher with a degree in Education (Bachelors or Masters), specialising in Special Education or Counselling is preferred.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in Inclusion or Wellbeing, with a track record of designing and implementing successful programs.
• Strong knowledge of the American curriculum and inclusion practices.
• High proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate leader dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.

What We Would Really Like:

• Certification in SEN, Counselling, or Positive Psychology.
• Familiarity with Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and support services.
• Experience in an international or UAE school setting.
• Professional development certifications in wellbeing or inclusion strategies.
